Do you have ADHD? Even if you don’t, you should maybe look into what a diagnosis requires and announce to everyone that you have ADHD, and same for your son. This will give both of you the freedom to ask for accommodations to adapt Jewish practice to something that you like better.
I recommend the book ADHD and Kosher. It really prioritizes helping people continue to enjoy Judaism, even if that means throwing away certain practices.
This isn’t an ideal solution, but it might be something that improves your life without making too much waves. It’s a little bit like pretending to be allergic to a food that you actually just hate.
Hate to say it, but from these posts a lot of it seems to be issues with your marriage and kids - like you wish you could be single again, and not just the itc issue. Sorry for being blunt but thats how it's coming off.

Thank you for the thoughtful suggestion
Wow, do I relate to this.
I have these issues plus my teenage kids acting as my mashgiach.
So real 🫂
As my B-I-L said when I complained about a local Erev Shabboe learning program, just skip it. Any "extra" programs aren't for everyone.
If the program isn't for your son, why pressure him to do it?
And why can't he learn something Jewish that matches his interests, even if it's not what he's learning in school?
Lots of empathy.
